the staff were available and check-in was quick. a welcome drink was offered upon arrival. the hotel has a security person at the door, offering a safe environment. i found lockers to store luggage after checkout (useful for later flights).
The room lacked storage. I noticed the absence of both a cabinet and shelves.

The hotel is near the spire (a one minute walk) and close to two different tram lines. One is right next to the hotel. the other tram stop is one street away. this makes access to city attractions convenient.

the location was central. i could easily reach many attractions. the staff were friendly. the hotel decor was also lovely and clean.
the breakfast was poor. there wasn't hot food left when i arrived. there were no forks or spoons available. my room lacked shelves. it made storing my things difficult.
